Château de Tourreau Wedding, Provence

Spring is Provence is a wonder to behold, and Natalie and Joe’s Château de Tourreau wedding took full advantage of the season and the setting. After celebrating their engagement in Mykonos, Greece, the couple searched for a luxury venue and fell in love with the Chateau’s 18th century architecture, impeccable design, and sophisticated ambiance.

Working with Anne-Laure Weddings, Natalie and Joe envisioned an elegant and romantic event centered on spring decor, and Anne-Laure exceeded their expectations with a seamless celebration that was both welcoming and refined.

The Theme: French-Inspired Spring Elegance

The floral artistry of Sisters and B set the tone for a soft, romantic celebration. The bride’s bouquet was constructed of cream and white roses, while arrangements of roses in white and peach-tones, delicate baby’s breath, and lace-leaf hydrangeas lined the ceremony aisle and decorated the dinner tables. Candlelight filled the château’s grand staircase while a wall of jasmine framed the wedding cake display, a nod to the bride’s favorite bloom.

Stationery from Crème de Papier tied everything together, from the save-the-dates to the menus at each place setting, with a crest featuring the couple’s initials in soft greens and gold accents.

Château de Tourreau Wedding Ceremony

A Musical Entrance and a Joyful Exit

Held beside the estate’s iconic reflecting pool and fountain, the ceremony highlighted what makes a Château de Tourreau wedding so magical: endless views, manicured gardens, and soft Provence light. Natalie walked down the aisle in a lace gown with her father to the live music of violins. Guests were seated on golden chairs amid lush floral arrangements.

The couple describes their entrance to the ceremony as "the most unforgettable moment of the day". When they exited as newlyweds, guests cheered and tossed flowers petals while photographer Jeremie Hkb captured all the moments and the just-married kiss that encapsulated their joy.

The Reception: Dining Under the Provence Sky

After the ceremony, Natalie threw her bouquet off the balcony and the couple took a moment for themselves. Then, the made their grand entrance into the courtyard to enjoy their rest of their cocktail hour and reception. Dinner was a feast of culinary delights from the chefs at Frederic Bernard who showcased French seasonal flavors. The wedding cake by Made in Cake was a lemon sponge with raspberry cream that was beautifully displayed against a jasmine-covered wall with the couple’s initials in gold lettering, a nod to the bride's favorite flower and scent.
